The building facade is a sequential rhythm of materials blocks interspersed with horizontal form and recedes elevation with terraces for lot of green to happen and punctuated by large projecting balconies that form a compelling visual point.

The spatial volumes juxtapose externally creating visual integration and a composition of solid forms adding to diversity and interest of the institutional public project.
