The tranquil estates of the Khandelwal Farm were designed as per the requests of the client- who wanted a home he could come back and relax in, after a long day at work. The family wanted a home where the could not just reside, but retreat in. The property spreads across a huge area of approximately 3 acres. The neo-classical inspired design consists of a number of decks, sit-outs, and spaces to relax. The highlight of the project is that it features its own health center that consists of a gym, spa, sauna, hot-tubs, and a 50-meter swimming pool. The home also includes multiple areas to entertain guests: casual, formal, and official.

The attention to detail in this project is one of a kind. From hand-painted artworks on walls to delicately carved wooden furniture and ceilings, this project was a resort within a residence.
