Theis distinctive corporate concept was an outcome of a collaboration between architect Sanjay Sareen from Eternity Architects and Mr. Lino Losanno- principal architect of an Italian firm, PLS Design.

The design entices the users of the building and its visitors to slip between 20-meter high vertical cleavage leading to the revelation of a magnificent courtyard treated with plantation sculptures. The narrow passage leads you to the office reception and the main foyer of the corporate. The building lays its foundation above all on corporate values that embrace social responsibilities of tradition and progress, and principles of Vaastu.

The richly landscaped courtyard connects the corporate space with a complementary palette of rich materiality. In addition, the porosity of the pentagon shape optimizes ventilation and natural light in the building. The prevailing wind direction is aligned with the courtyard in order to provide maximum ventilation via natural means. This, in turn, reduces the load of energy consumption from mechanical means and results in new bioclimatic dimensions. A cut off-screen on the top of the courtyard acts as a thermal substrate giving adequate vent and cutting the glaring sun. The double plain shell, illumination once again is inspired by Indian architectural traditions, but seen through the lens of technology.
